About Pom Poms

PomPoms are shipped pre-assembled but not fully bloomed.
-Every pom pom has a wire loop to tie a clear string and easy way to hang them.
-Every pom pom been made of GENEROUS amount of tissue paper sheets to make them fluffy and full.
-Tissue paper used is 80% recycled.
